Our minimum order quantity is 50 pieces for most standard promotional umbrellas. For garden and patio umbrellas, the MOQ is 10–20 pieces. For very large orders of 5,000+ pieces, special pricing and faster lead times are available.

We accept AI, PDF, CDR, EPS, PNG (300dpi+) and high-resolution JPEG files. Vector formats (AI, PDF, CDR) give the best results. We can work with your existing branding assets and provide a free digital mockup before production begins.

Standard lead time is 10–15 working days from order confirmation and advance payment. For urgent orders (3,000+ pieces), express production in 7–8 days may be possible at a premium. Delivery across India takes 1–5 days depending on location.

Yes. We can provide pre-production samples (with your logo printed) before the full batch is produced. Sample charges apply and are adjusted against the bulk order amount. Plain samples without printing are also available for quality assessment.

Absolutely. We deliver to all states and union territories in India via reputed courier partners. We have experience delivering bulk orders to clients in Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune and every tier-1 and tier-2 city.

We accept bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and cheque payments. For new clients, we typically require a 50% advance before production begins, with the balance paid before dispatch. Long-term clients may be offered credit terms.

Yes. We offer Pantone color matching for both canopy fabric and logo printing. Please share your Pantone codes at the time of order. We recommend approving a physical color swatch or pre-production sample to confirm color accuracy before full production.
